House rules

Every renter agrees to these before booking. Read closely — you'll acknowledge them at the bottom of the form.

CAPACITY

Max occupancy is 50–75 seated. Fire code — no exceptions.

ACCESS

ADA entrance is at the rear of the building; ADA parking is behind the gate in back.

COUNTER

Renters may not go behind the counter without explicit permission from building manager TJ Johnson II.

RESTORE

Space must be restored to how it was — all trash removed before you leave.

NOISE

All noise must end by 10:00 PM, regardless of your reserved end time.

PARKING

Park along National or Bowen. Never block neighbors' driveways or entrances.

TIME

Your hours are exactly what's reserved. Running over costs $50 per additional 15 minutes, billed after.

I have read and agree to the house rules above: occupancy limit, ADA/parking access, counter restriction, restoration & trash removal, 10 PM noise cutoff, parking restrictions, strict reserved hours ($50 per additional 15 minutes for overage), and the $45 cleaning fee.
